I have used this pharmacy for quite a long time. Never a problem. Always helpful. Some of these complainers are people who have likely waited until the last minute to refill, or they arrive at the busiest times of the day or week. Great pharmacy and they accept discounts that save me a lot of money. No complaints here.
I recently switched to Lindale Walmart Pharmacy because they accept my insurance. Ashley James has been the most HELPFUL, informative, kind and caring person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! She had gone out of her way to help me multiple times, always has a smile on her face, and because of her I will be a customer for life!
All the complaints about customer service on here. I have never had any issue, always pleasant, very helpful. Have had to run through private insurance and workers comp on a few med and the pharmacy staff are awesome to deal with.
